MyChart has blocked your requested action. Your MyChart
session may have expired. To resolve, follow the steps below to clear your web
browser cache and cookies:
In Chrome

Open Chrome
-
At the top right, click More
-
Click More tools > Clear browsing
data
-
At the top, choose a time range. To delete
everything, select All time

Check the boxes next to Cookies and other
site data and Cached images and files

Click Clear data
In Mozilla Firefox
-
Open Mozilla Firefox
-
Click on the Tools bar (3-line icon on
top right corner of the browser)
-
Click on Settings
-
On the menu to the left, select Privacy &
Security
-
Under the Cookies and Site Data option,
click the Clear Data... button
-
Select check box next to Cookies and Site
Data and Cached Web Content, then click Clear button
-
Close and re-open Firefox to save your changes
In Microsoft Edge
-
Open Microsoft Edge
-
Select Menu (3 dots icon on top right
corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services
-
Under Clear browsing data, select Choose
what to clear
-
Select Cached images and files and Cookies
and other site data check box
-
Select Clear
